This beautiful handmade quilt was made to highlight the history of the Village. The quilt was originally going to be raffled during the 2020 Marion County Bicentennial Celebration, but 2020 and 2021 had other plans. Now we have the privilege to raffle this piece of LaRue history to one lucky winner.

The images within the quilt came from the collection of photos from our historian, Jim Anderson.  After they were transferred to fabric, the Elgin Quilters club completed the design and the work to piece it together.
